-Do I need a passport?

Yes. We highly recommend it, especially if you miss your boarding time in another country, you’re responsible for getting yourself home.

 

-When I select "check availability" it instructs me to call. Why?

We want to make sure that you’re getting the most up to date prices and the best possible rooms. Our Travel Representatives have more options to look through.

 

-Can I book more than one cabin at a time?

Yes.

 

-Can I book a group online?

Usually, yes. Call us if you encounter any problems.

 

-Can I book hotels and transfers if I want to arrive a day or two early?

Absolutely, call us at 1-800-890-3731 and we will work with you to ensure the perfect itinerary.

 

-Do I have to book cruise line airfare?

No.

 

-I need certain flight times. Can the cruise line offer that?

Not always. If that’s the case, contact us and we will get you on the flight that you’re interested in.

-Is it safe to book online?

Yes, we want to make sure that your privacy is protected. Your credit card number can only be transmitted over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encodes the information so that it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft. When received by our secure server, your credit card number is never transmitted over the Internet again.

 

-Is it cheaper to book online?

It depends. We have access to some less expensive options. If you’re not happy with the listed price, call us.

You may be using a Third Party credit card or some of the information you gave us was incorrect. Please ensure that you list your billing address exactly as it appears on your Credit Card statements, that the numbers you listed were correct and the name on the card is spelled correctly.

 

-My reservation was confirmed. What happens next?

We will be processing your payment. This may take up to 3 days.

 

-My reservation is pending. How will I know when payment has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email from us and a printable ticket when your payment has been received.

 

-Should I purchase the travel protection plan?

It is recommended but not mandatory. It ensures coverage if something were to happen to your vacation plans.

-Is cruising a good option for a vacation?

Yes! Cruises offer great flexibility on your planning and hundreds of options when it comes to excursions, meals, and rooms.

 

-What isn’t allowed on the ship?

Check with your specific cruise line for their guidelines.

 

-Can I book my cruise online?

-How far in advance can I book a cruise?

It depends on the cruise line. Usually up to a year in advance.
 

-Can I book all cruise lines online?

We have negotiated fares with most cruise lines and they are all available to be purchased from our website.

 

-How many people fit in a cabin?

It depends on the cruise line, ship, cabin size and floor. Check what room you booked and check with the cruise line accordingly.

 

-Why do I have to enter Legal Names? What if I don't know them?

You should use the names that are on your legal documents because when boarding the boat, they will check. You could be refused entry if the names don’t match.

 

-I just got married. Should I use my married or maiden name?

First of all, congratulations! You should use the name that is on your passport. If your maiden name is on your passport, use your maiden name. If your new married name is on your passport, use that.

Do I have to pay in full for my cruise now?

To guarantee that you get the price indicated on the site, you must pay in full at time of booking.

-What happens if I need to cancel or change my cruise?
